By car:

From Berlin: Take the A2 highway to the Magdeburg Zentrum exit (B71). Follow the city highway until the Wiener Straße exit in the direction of the "Uniklinik Magdeburg" sign (approx. 12 km). At the exit, turn right onto the main road (Wiener Straße) and follow the "Uniklinik Magdeburg" signs. At the Leipziger Straße intersection (approx. 800m), turn right in the direction of the "Uniklinik Magdeburg" sign. At the third intersection, turn right into Fermersleber Weg (approx. 800m) in the direction of the "Uniklinik Magdeburg" sign. At the next traffic light intersection, turn left into the entrance (approx. 600m) of the Uniklinik Magdeburg. Just behind the main entrance of the Uniklinik, opposite the helicopter landing site, you will find the Institute of Biology (Building 91).

From Halle/Hannover: Take the A14 highway to the Sudenburg exit (B81) towards Magdeburg Zentrum. Follow the city highway until the Fermersleben Weg exit (approx. 7 km) in the direction of the "Uniklinik Magdeburg" sign. Turn right onto Fermersleber Weg. At the next traffic light intersection, turn right into the entrance (approx. 600m) of the Uniklinik Magdeburg. Just behind the main entrance of the Uniklinik, opposite the helicopter landing site, you will find the Institute of Biology (Building 91).

By public transport:

From Magdeburg Hauptbahnhof (main station), take tram line 3 towards Leipziger Chaussee. From the city center of Magdeburg, you can take line 9 towards Leipziger Chaussee. After about 15 minutes, get off at the Brenneckestraße or Universitätsklinikum stops and follow the Brenneckestraße road to the right, or walk through the grounds of the University Hospital. After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach the Institute of Biology (Building 91).
